How does the custom sizing work?
Our wallpapers are printed exactly to your wall's dimensions. Simply measure the maximum width and height of your wall in feet, enter those dimensions when purchasing, and we'll custom-print the wallpaper to perfectly fit your space.
Do I have to install the wallpaper myself?
No! We provide a premium end-to-end service. Once your custom wallpaper is printed and passes our strict quality control, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient visit to deliver and professionally install the wallpaper in your home.
How long does the entire process take?
Typically, the process takes 7-14 days. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our specialized printing partners. After production, it arrives at our warehouse for a Quality Check (QC). Once it passes QC, our installation team will coordinate your installation date.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every wallpaper is custom-printed specifically for your exact wall dimensions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, our comprehensive Quality Check ensures your wallpaper is flawless before it ever reaches your wall.
How should I measure my walls?
Measure the maximum width and maximum height of your wall in feet. Do not subtract for doors, windows, or sloped ceilings, as the wallpaper will be expertly trimmed around these obstacles during our professional installation process.
